プランAとプランBを両方を選ぶことできません。

プランBはプランAの代替のプラン（予算を削減するため）であり、プランAのコンテンツはプランBのコンテンツを包括しているので両方受けることの意味合いはあまりありません。

You cannot choose both Plan A and Plan B at the same time.

Plan B is an alternative plan for Plan A (in order to cut the budget) and Plan A includes Plan B's content so there is no merit of having both of them.
