先週は私にとって面白い週でした。私のスクールでは今年から小学生から高校生までの生徒を対象に「リーダー養成講座」を始めました。ゲームやワークショップ、プレゼンや演劇等の課題をチームごとに行い、創作することを通し、想像力や自立心、自主性や連帯を備えた「リーダー」を育てるプロジェクトで、私が考案しました。すっごく楽しいです！生徒たちはこれが「勉強」のひとつだと夢にも思っていないはずです。きっとこれは生徒をたちを、日本の将来を担う国際人に育ててくれると信じています。素敵でしょ？

The last week was an interesting week for me. In my school, new project is started. It is called "Training curse to be a leader" We are hoping to make them creative through doing games, workshops, presentations, dramas etc....The purpose of this project is to train children to the "leaders" who have imagination, independence, strength and teamwork. I am the one who created this. I am so excited! I think my students even don't think they are studying. I am sure that this project will make them international people who create the future of Japan. Isn't it fantastic?
