先週は私にとって面白い週でした。私のスクールでは今年から小学生から高校生までの生徒を対象に「リーダー養成講座」を始めました。ゲームやワークショップ、プレゼンや演劇等の課題をチームごとに行い、創作することを通し、想像力や自立心、自主性や連帯を備えた「リーダー」を育てるプロジェクトで、私が考案しました。すっごく楽しいです！生徒たちはこれが「勉強」のひとつだと夢にも思っていないはずです。きっとこれは生徒をたちを、日本の将来を担う国際人に育ててくれると信じています。素敵でしょ？

Last week was an interesting week for me.

We have started to provide the "leader's training course" for students from elementary to high school. The purpose of this program is to educate them to become future "leaders." Through activities such as gaming, workshop, presentation and theater, students are expected to develop imagination, spirit of self-reliance, independency, and sense of solidarity skills.

It is really fun! And I bet they don't even think that this is one of their "studies."

I believe, they will become such persons and also internationally-minded ones responsible for the future of Japan. Isn't it nice?
