計測は必ず立った状態で行います。下の図のように、左手で本体を持ち、計測したいポイントに向けて構えます。目線と本体の側面(iPhoneであれば音量ボタンのある面)と計測ポイント（通常は足下と水平の地点）が一直線になるように本体の角度を調整してください。
