圧力計は0.065MPa を示していることがわかります。
ごくまれに、バルブから圧力計までの間でリークすることがあり、
その場合は添付写真に写っている赤いハンドルを開にすることで、
容器内部に充填されているN2の圧が圧力計に指示されます。
そこで0.035MPa以上に圧力計の指示が上がれば問題ありません。

上の作業で圧が上がらない場合、リークしている可能性があります。
圧力計の写真撮影及び、輸送時のダメージの有無の確認をお願いします。
漏れがあれば、漏れている箇所の写真もお願い致します。

You can see the pressure gauge shows 0.065MPa.
Very rarely, a leakage may occur between the valve and the pressure gauge.
And in such case the N2 pressure filled inside the container is shown on the pressure gauge by opening the red handle in the attached picture.
If the pressure gauge shows the value over 0.035MPa, there should be no problem.

If the above process does not help to increase the pressure, a leakage could be the cause.
Please take the picture of the pressure gauge and confirm to see if there is any damage caused during the transportation.
