お世話になります。

先日、納品いただいた、
【310003　wood chair】にて重大なトラブルが発生しております。

80㎏程度の荷重を掛けただけで、
添付写真のように座面が割れてしまうものが、出ております。

割れてしまった、座面を剥がし中を確認しました。
①板をつないでいるものは、もちろん割れます。
②板をつないでいないものも、80㎏程度で割れてしまうものがあります。

これでは、とても出荷することが出来ません。
至急、対策を検討いただけますでしょうか？

Hi there,

With [310003　wood chair] we received the other day a tremendous issue has been occurring.

There are some items with the seat surface being cracked only after hanging about 80 kg load as an attached picture.

We removed the seat surface and checked inside.
(1) The parts that are connected with the boards crack as expected.
(2) Even some of the parts that are not connected with the boards crack up by about 80 kg.

We cannot ship these out.
Could you please consider this issue and find countermeasures as soon as possible?
