お世話になります。

先日、納品いただいた、
【310003　wood chair】にて重大なトラブルが発生しております。

80㎏程度の荷重を掛けただけで、
添付写真のように座面が割れてしまうものが、出ております。

割れてしまった、座面を剥がし中を確認しました。
①板をつないでいるものは、もちろん割れます。
②板をつないでいないものも、80㎏程度で割れてしまうものがあります。

これでは、とても出荷することが出来ません。
至急、対策を検討いただけますでしょうか？

Greetings

There is a big problem with 【310003　wood chair】 that was delievered the other day.

A weight of about 80kg was set upon it and a crack has appeared on the seat (refer to attached photo).

We took a look at the inside of the cracked seat.
① What is attached to the board is of course cracked.
② What is not attached to the board, there are some that have cracked under the pressure of 80kg.

This is not something that we can ship out.
Please get back to us with a solution urgently.
