本日、届いたレコードですが、レコードが再生不可能なほどにグニャングニャンに熱で曲がってました。ジャケットや梱包材は傷んでないので配送のせいだとは思えないんですが、いったいどういうことでしょうか？このレコードはとてもVG +＋なんていうグレードではないので(それどころか再生不可)返品、返金してほしいです。楽しみにしていただけにショックです。写真を添付しますのでご確認ください。

I received the vinyl today and it was so crooked due to the heat that it wasn’t even able to be played. The jacket and packaging materials were all fine and no damage at all. I can tell it didn’t happen because of the delivery. Can you tell me why? This is absolutely not the VG ++grade at all; I couldn’t even play, so I’d love the refund and return. I was so shocked since I had been so looking forward to it. Please find the attached photos.
