本日、届いたレコードですが、レコードが再生不可能なほどにグニャングニャンに熱で曲がってました。ジャケットや梱包材は傷んでないので配送のせいだとは思えないんですが、いったいどういうことでしょうか？このレコードはとてもVG +＋なんていうグレードではないので(それどころか再生不可)返品、返金してほしいです。楽しみにしていただけにショックです。写真を添付しますのでご確認ください。

Regarding the record I received today, it was distorted like a chewing gum due to the heat to be non-playable. The jacket and packing materials are not damaged, so it is hard for me to believe it due to the delivery, but I wonder what the world is happening. This record was far from VG ++ grade, (on the contrary it cannot be played) I would like a return/refund. I am so shocked because I was really looking forward to it. Please confirm the state with the attached picture.
