本日、届いたレコードですが、レコードが再生不可能なほどにグニャングニャンに熱で曲がってました。ジャケットや梱包材は傷んでないので配送のせいだとは思えないんですが、いったいどういうことでしょうか？このレコードはとてもVG +＋なんていうグレードではないので(それどころか再生不可)返品、返金してほしいです。楽しみにしていただけにショックです。写真を添付しますのでご確認ください。

Regarding the record reached me today, the record was vended to complete damage not to replay. Although it was not shipping as the jacket and package are not damaged, what has happened to it? As this record is so VG + +, and it is not grade (on the other hand, it is not possible to replay) item, I would like you to issue me a refund. As I had been looking forward to it, I really feel sorry for it. Please check as I will attach a photo of it.
