注文商品が届きましたが、商品の一部が不足しています。

不足の商品は下記２点です。

12回目の注文ですが、注文商品の一部が入っていなかったのは、今回が３回目です。

12回の注文で、3回のミスはさすがに多すぎです。

しかも今回は、注文書の記載内容まで間違えています。

返金対応は希望しません。

もう一度、別の商品を注文しますので、
その注文商品に不足の２点を同梱して発送してもらえますか？
