The bank you contract with has been confirming the condition to me. Could you make sure what seems to be the reason not for handling with this issue for the bank? I will use the courier company which have already a contract with , please tell the person in charge for the warehouse. According to the information given last time, it says all the items to be shipped by the end of March. How come is a part of shipping delayed ?
This week I will pay and could you ship together with planning to ship next week as well?
