2019年3月15日に佐藤さんから、あなたの部下であるエミリーさんに以下の内容の問い合わせをしたようなのですが、本日現在返信がなく佐藤さんが困っているとのことです。
当質問は、佐藤さんからの個人的な質問ではなく、親会社経理部の立場としての質問ですので、できる限り早く佐藤さんへ直接ご回答をお願いできますでしょうか。

I am contacting you since Mr. Sato of the accounting department at ABC consulted me regarding the impairment of fixed asset of ZZZ the subsidiary.
In my understanding, Mr. Sato contacted Ms. Emily who is your subordinate regarding the following inquiry on March 15, 2019, but there has bee no reply received as of today and Mr. Sato is in trouble.
The inquiry is not of Mr. Sato's personal question but standing as the accounting department of its parent company, so would you please reply to Mr. Sato at the earliest?
