備考: ebayでマイナス評価をもらったので、ebay側に対応を依頼する文章です。

私とバイヤーさんとのメッセージを確認して頂けますか？
関税の件でスペインのバイヤーさんとメッセージのやり取りを３，４回しました。
関税が払えないから１部払って下さい。という内容のメッセージです。場合によってはネガティブを付けます。
とメッセージで言ってきましたが、今日ネガティブを付けてきました。
ただ、ネガティブのコメントは写真と違うというメッセージでしたが、
以前のメッセージでは写真と違うなどと私は一切言われていません。
これはネガティブを付けるための言い訳です。
ご確認お願いします。

Could you confirm the message between the buyer and me?
I exchanged the messages about the custom duty to the buyer in Spain about 3 or 4 times. The content was "I can not pay the custom duty so please pay partially on your side." The buyer said that s/he would put the negative assessment according to circumstance, and s/he put the negative.
Although the message of the negative comment that the product was different from the picture, s/he had never said that the item had been different from the picture in the previous message.
This could be the excuse for the negative assessment.
Please confirm them.
