When receiving the item, unless you submit the damage report, post office must have recognised it has been delivered safely.
I have been doing this business for 9 years and I ship the right item to customer every time.
However, it has been experiencing three stolen or swapping the item incident so far
Therefore I put expensive insurance in order to get rid of these problem.
