備考: ネットショップのGNCで、プロテインバー（quest bar）を注文したところ、注文商品の一部しか届いていないため、問合せのメールです。

以前、注文商品が在庫切れした際、商品代のみ返金されましたが、
こちらは、送料＋商品代の合計金額で、他のお店と比較した上でGNCで購入しているので、
商品代だけ返金されても困ります。

もし、残り４箱が発送されていない場合、返金処理はしないで下さい。

その場合は、再度、クエストバーを６箱注文しますので、
それを発送する際に、残り４箱を同梱して下さい。

まずは、残り４箱の発送状況を教えて下さい。

何らかのミスで４箱が発送されていない場合は、
次の注文時に同梱してもらうという対応で大丈夫でしょうか？

So could you ship the remaining four boxes when you ship it.
