弁護士から2点、聞かれているのですが・・・
まず、御社のこちらの製品ですが、製造を委託している会社や工場がありますか？
会社名、工場名が教えられるのでしたら教えてください。もし無理でしたら、委託している工場があるかどうかだけでも教えてください。
その工場が模造品の出処ではないかどうかはっきりさせる必要があるとのことです。（もちろん可能性はまったくないですが。）

あと特許の資料ですが、英語のものはないのでしょうか？
春節前でお忙しいところ申しわけございません。

My lawyer got two questions.
Is there any company or factory making these products?
If so please state the name of company and factory, otherwise just notify me the company which entrusted business.
It is said that it needs to be clear that the factory doesn't make fake one.
Of course I am sure there is no such a possibility ,tough.

Regarding the document for the patent, do you have English version?
