まず、御社のこちらの製品ですが、製造を委託している会社や工場がありますか？
会社名、工場名が教えられるのでしたら教えてください。もし無理でしたら、委託している工場があるかどうかだけでも教えてください。
その工場が模造品の出処ではないかどうかはっきりさせる必要があるとのことです。（もちろん可能性はまったくないですが。）

あと特許の資料ですが、英語のものはないのでしょうか？
春節前でお忙しいところ申しわけございません。
