彼いわく、こちらが独占販売権をもっているか確認したいのと、御社が本当に特許や中国での独占販売権をもっているかを確認したいとのことでした
独占契約書のコピーを見せるつもりですが、そのかわりに相手の工場の名前を聞き出すよう弁護士に伝えました。
