販売者からそちらに連絡がいったということは、安い模造品が流通しているために彼もも動揺しているのだと思います。
実は先程、弁護士と話をしていたのですが、模造品を売っているセラーから弁護士に連絡があったとのことです。
彼いわく、こちらが独占販売権をもっているか確認したいのと、御社が本当に特許や中国での独占販売権をもっているかを確認したいとのことでした
独占契約書のコピーを見せるつもりですが、そのかわりに相手の工場の名前を聞き出すよう弁護士に伝えました。
特許の持ち主は御社の関係者ですか？

I had ben talking with lawyer a few minutes ago. I found that the seller who has been selling a fake item had contacted the lawyer. He said that the seller wants to check if I have an exclusive right of sales, and also wants to check if your company has patent and exclusive right of sales in China.
I am going to show a copy of the exclusive contract. I also told the lawyer to find name of the factory of the person. Is owner of the patent someone who is related to your company?
