あなたから送付されたインボイスはあまりに簡素(会社住所、電話番号、会社ロゴ等も記入されてない）なものだったので、私達は日本のPayPalの担当者に相談しました。PayPalの担当者はそういったインボイスを送付する企業への送金はやめたほうがいいと言いました。また、PayPal経由で請求書を送付するように依頼した方がいいとも言われました。先程も書きましたが、PayPalの手数料は私達が負担するので、あなたはPayPal経由で請求書を作成して送付してください。

As your sent invoice is so that simple/No mailing address. phone number,no logo of your company, therefore I made a contact to the representative of PayPal in Japan. They say they recommend not to remit for such a troublesome company which only give us such imperfect invoice.
In addition,they recommend me to ask for sending invoice through PayPal. As I stated earlier, as I will pay for shipping charge for PayPal, thus please send your invoice through PayPal.
