あなたから送付されたインボイスはあまりに簡素(会社住所、電話番号、会社ロゴ等も記入されてない）なものだったので、私達は日本のPayPalの担当者に相談しました。PayPalの担当者はそういったインボイスを送付する企業への送金はやめたほうがいいと言いました。また、PayPal経由で請求書を送付するように依頼した方がいいとも言われました。先程も書きましたが、PayPalの手数料は私達が負担するので、あなたはPayPal経由で請求書を作成して送付してください。

As invoice you sent to me was too simple (no address of company, telephone number and company logo were not listed), we consulted with a person in charge of PayPal in Japan. He said that we should stop sending money to the company that sends such an invoice. He also said that it is better for us to request sending the invoice via PayPal. We notified you a few minutes ago. Please make an invoice and send it via PayPal since we pay for the fee of PayPal.
