先日申し上げた通り、洗浄機は1から作り直すことになりました。
理由ですが、制御盤が壊れて使えない、モーターも錆びついて使えない、板金が腐食して使えないことが挙げられます。
最初から製作するので、現状の納期は3月末出荷です。
もうこの事実を〇〇社に言って下さい。もし先方がキャンセルしたいというのなら、我々はそれを受け入れます。
本当にご迷惑をお掛けし、何とお詫びしたらよいかわかりませんが、何卒ご協力をお願い致します。
兎に角、一度先方と話をしてみていただきたく存じます。

As I mentioned the other day, we have decided to build the washing device from the scratch.
The reason being are; the control board is broken, motor is rusty and the sheet metal is corroded to use.
Since it will be made from the scratch, the expected shipping schedule for delivery is at March end at the moment.
You may tell OO of the fact. If they wish to cancel the order, we will accept it.
We feel so bad and don't even know how to express our apologies, but your cooperation is appreciated.
We would like you to discuss with them for once at any rate.
