無事日本日商品を受取りました。
ありがとうございます。
しかし商品に不良があったので、新しいものに交換して欲しいです。

★という商品が、ほとんど不良で販売できません。

例えば
液漏れで、キャップを覆っているビニールの中がすでに濡れていたり、
キャップがゆるくなっていたり、
スポイト部分が傾いてるものもあります。
不良品は商品Aは21本、商品Bは17本あります。

以下の商品が今回バックオーダーになっているので
それと一緒に送って頂いて構いません。

不良品のご返送はすぐに致します。

I received the merchandise today.

However, I would like it to be replaced since there was a defect on it.

The item called ★ is mostly defected to sell.

For instance,
Liquid is leaked and inside the plastic bag which cover the cap is already wet,
The cap is loose,
Some were found with leaning syringe
Defects were found on 21 of product A and 17 of product B.

Since the following items are back ordered, you may ship them together.

We will return the defected items immediately.
