I am sorry for urging you repeatedly, but please respond to my question.
And please send the documents I requested.

Because I have not received the document from your end, a major burden has been incurred to UPS and other accounting office.
This has been requested since this summer or so.
I would like to pay you for the invoice, however once the payment is over I am concerned in case the issue is left unresolved.
Instead of invoicing, please answer first.
