お送りいただいた部品がメーカー品、あるいは承認を受けたOEM品であること、また、入手経路が明確に示されていなければなりません。その部品を用いたことで万が一、事故やトラブルになった際に、メーカーに迷惑をかけてしまう可能性があり、さらにメーカーから使用中止を言い渡される可能性があります。同じ国のメーカーなのでなおさらです。

お送りいただいた部品について特性上は問題ないと信じておりますが、手続き上の問題でどうしても書類が必要でございます。

The parts which you sent should be maker product or OEM product which got approval.
Also, the acquisition route of the parts should be showed clearly.
When the accident or trouble incur by using the parts, there is a possibility that we make the maker troublesome. In addition, there is a possibility that the maker claim the discontinuing its usage.
Because it is the maker which is same country, this possibility is high.

I believe there is no problem in the parts which you sent characteristically, but we need the documents based on the procedure surely.
