お送りいただいた部品がメーカー品、あるいは承認を受けたOEM品であること、また、入手経路が明確に示されていなければなりません。その部品を用いたことで万が一、事故やトラブルになった際に、メーカーに迷惑をかけてしまう可能性があり、さらにメーカーから使用中止を言い渡される可能性があります。同じ国のメーカーなのでなおさらです。

お送りいただいた部品について特性上は問題ないと信じておりますが、手続き上の問題でどうしても書類が必要でございます。

It should be clarified that the sent parts are the item of the manufacturer or approved OEM item, and the channel of distribution.
If incident or trouble would occur by using the parts, we might cause the manufacturer trouble. Further more, the manufacturer might insist us to stop to use. It is even more so since they are the manufacturer in the same country to us.

I believe there are no problem on the attribution of the parts you sent me. However, we definitely need the documents due to the procedure.
