先ほど荷物が到着しました。
箱を開けてみたのですが、残念な事にサンプル１とサンプル２が中でバラバラになっていました。
せっかく送ったもらったのですが、これではオーダーのしようがありません。
この事を配送会社に伝え、保証が効くかただ今確認中です。

サンプル１とサンプル２の見分け方はありますか？
もし１と２の判断が出来ない場合、再度送って貰うことは可能ですか？

度々申し訳ありませんが、お返事お待ちしております。

I just received the package.
When I opened the box, I am sorry to say but the sample 1 and 2 had came to pieces.
You kindly sent them to me, but I can not order as this situation.
I informed this to the freight company and am confirming whether they give me assurance or not.

Are there any method to distinguish the sample 1 and 2?
If I can not make a distinction, would it be possible for you to send me again?
