備考: 通販サイト（GNC）から、クエストバー（Quest bar）という商品名のプロテインバーが購入できなくなったので、その件で問い合わせのメールです。

毎回、クエストバーを6箱ずつ注文していたのですが、
11月中旬からクエストバーの注文ができなくなっています。

注文ができない状況は一時的なものなのか、
それとも、今後、日本からのクエストバーの注文はできなくなるのか教えて下さい。

また、11月8日に注文した商品は本日届いたのですが、
それ以前に注文した下記２注文については、まだ発送がされない状況です。

いつ頃、発送されますでしょうか？

I have been placed each order with six boxes of quest bars, but the quest bars have not been available for order since mid November.

Please advise if the unavailability for order is temporarily or permanently from Japan in the future.

Also, the merchandise ordered on November 8 was delivered today, but other two orders placed prior to that have not yet been shipped.

The six boxes of the quest bars are included in each of the above two orders.
Please kindly advise when they will be shipped.
