新たにCAとUKのストアを設定しました。過去のキャンセルされたストアが添付画像が示すようにまだ残っているのですが
これを画面上から削除する方法はありますか？

２．添付画像Bについて
CAとUKのStore TypeがFreeになっています。
私はUSで59.99ドルプランに加入しています。
その場合、US、CA、UKであわせて月に8000メールまで送ることができるのではないですか？
それともCAとUKは別料金が発生しますか？

is there any ways to delete the picture?

the store type of CA and UK are free,
