１．添付画像Aについて
新たにCAとUKのストアを設定しました。過去のキャンセルされたストアが添付画像が示すようにまだ残っているのですが
これを画面上から削除する方法はありますか？

２．添付画像Bについて
CAとUKのStore TypeがFreeになっています。
私はUSで59.99ドルプランに加入しています。
その場合、US、CA、UKであわせて月に8000メールまで送ることができるのではないですか？
それともCAとUKは別料金が発生しますか？

I have two additional questions.

1. As for attached image A
We launched newly CA and UK stores. Although there are stores images attached before left, is there a way to delete it from the screen?

2. As for the attached image B
CA and UK store types are free.
I am a member of US$59.99 plan.
In this case, can I send altogether 8,000 mails, US, CA and UK?
Or is there another price for CA and UK?
