昨日はマッサージに行きました。
とてもリラックスできました。
体の疲れを取るためにストレッチも毎日したいと思いました。

近くに24時間利用できるジムがオープンしたので
利用を検討しています。
月額は6000円くらいです。


11月ですがまだ昼は暑いです。
車の中ですとエアコンをつけています。

近くの山はまだ葉が赤色に変わっていません。
最近は季節の秋がなくなってしまった気がします。

I went to massage yesterday. and felt relaxed every much after that. and I want to do it everyday in order to get off the tiredness.
there a gym opened nearby which can used 24 hours .the cost is 6000 yen/month ,please think about it .

there is a little hot outside even it been Nov, and the air conditioner have to be turned on in the car.

and leaves in mountain has not turn into red yet but the season begin to turn into autumn .
