昨日はマッサージに行きました。
とてもリラックスできました。
体の疲れを取るためにストレッチも毎日したいと思いました。

近くに24時間利用できるジムがオープンしたので
利用を検討しています。
月額は6000円くらいです。


11月ですがまだ昼は暑いです。
車の中ですとエアコンをつけています。

近くの山はまだ葉が赤色に変わっていません。
最近は季節の秋がなくなってしまった気がします。
