先日日本で豪雨による災害が起こりました。
保管している倉庫が同じ地域のため、現在その倉庫内の商品全ての状況を確認中です。
この商品の状況が判明し次第、すぐにご連絡いたします。
（1〜2日で判明すると思います。）

I am really sorry for my late reply.
I appreciate that you have been planning to purchase our item for a long time.
This figure is now in another warehouse.
We had a natural disaster in Japan the other day due to a heavy rain.
The warehouse which stored the figure was in the damaged area. So, we are currently checking the status of the all item in the warehouse.
Once I can figure out the current status of this item, I will let you know right away.
(I think it would take just one or two days.)
I am sorry for having kept you waiting so long, but I would be happy if you can understand the circumstances.
