どうやら、バイヤーのアカウントにdefectを残さずに、caseを閉じるには、私が落札手数料を払うしかなさそうですね。商品代金はもらえないのに、落札手数料を払うのは損した気持ちですが、私が処理を間違ったので仕方ないですね。

Thank you for your replies to my questions over time. They have been really useful.
It looks like I have no choice but paying for the handling fee for the tender in order to close the case without leaving defects on the buyer's account. I feel I am losing to pay for the fee although the merchandise fee is not paid to me, but I am the one who have mistakenly operated so I have no choice, right?
By the way, how should I proceed on the screen in order to close the case without leaving defects on the buyer's account? An explanation needs to be provided to the buyer if he needs to operate as well. Thank you.
