申し訳ございません。今からの休会の申請ですと、クレジットカードのシステムの関係で、1月からの休会でしか受ける事が出来ません。
また月単位の休会となる為、日単位では休会が出来ません。
1月から1月19日の休会はシステム状出来ないので、1月から2月までの休会となります。

I am sorry. I am requesting for a temporary break starting now and due to the credit card system, I can only receive the break starting January.
A break from January 1 to 19 can't be issued by the system so it will be from January to February.
