先週は高熱で３日間寝込んでいました。
先週の火曜日のレッスンの後から体調が悪くなり
水曜日から土曜日まで会社を休みました。

金曜の夜が一番辛かったです。
昼間に寝すぎて夜寝れないのと
背中も痛くて全く眠れませんでした。

土曜の朝には少し落ち着いたので病院で薬をもらい
昼から出勤しました。

ですので先週はあまり英語の勉強が出来ませんでした。

木曜のレッスンの断りも出来ずでしたので申し訳ございませんでした。

ある程度回復しましたので
また頑張って行きたいと思います。

Last week I was in bed for three days with high fever.
I felt sick since last Tuesday's lesson so I took a day off from Wednesday to Saturday.

Friday night was the hardest.
Since I slept too much in the day time, I could not sleep at night, also my back hurt and I could not sleep at all.

I got some medicine from the hospital because I improved a little on Saturday morning and I went to work at noon.
For this reason, I could not study English much in the last week.

Sorry that I could not contact you of the cancellation of Thursday's lesson.

I recovered to a certain extent so I would like to do my best again.
