先週は高熱で３日間寝込んでいました。
先週の火曜日のレッスンの後から体調が悪くなり
水曜日から土曜日まで会社を休みました。

金曜の夜が一番辛かったです。
昼間に寝すぎて夜寝れないのと
背中も痛くて全く眠れませんでした。

土曜の朝には少し落ち着いたので病院で薬をもらい
昼から出勤しました。

ですので先週はあまり英語の勉強が出来ませんでした。

木曜のレッスンの断りも出来ずでしたので申し訳ございませんでした。

ある程度回復しましたので
また頑張って行きたいと思います。

Last week, I was sick in bed with high fever for 3 days.
I felt sick after the lesson last Tuesday and was away from work from Wednesday to Saturday.

I felt worst on Friday night.
I couldn't sleep at night because I had slept too long in a daytime and had a back pain as well.

I got a little better on Saturday morning, so I got some medicine from the hospital and went to work in the afternoon.

So I couldn't study English much last week.

I'm sorry that I couldn't cancel the lesson on Thursday in advance.

Now, I feel much better and want to study hard.
