I have conducted an inspection for the lens.
This lens is normal.
However, the camera you are using is the latest type.
For this reason, the lens needed a firmware update.

This doesn't need any repairing, but instead, the updates can be done in Japan and America's Tamron or TAP-in Consol.
Please excuse us, but we are proceeding with a full refund for the used lens.
