弊社では、受電用基幹システムを自社開発しており、業務により取得される（エージェントが入力）情報は、複数のデータテーブルに分割した状態で保存されます。また、データベースに保存されたデータは、自社開発の専用システムからのみ参照できる状態となるため、保存されてえるデータを直接参照することはできない仕組みです。
システムの暗号化についてはエージェントが利用する端末とCRMシステム間はSSL通信により暗号化を行っています。

Also, the stored data in the database will become referable only from its dedicated system developed by us, the saved data is made unable to be referred directly.
As for the system encryption, it is made through the SSL connection between the terminal the agent uses and CRM system.
