Our experience includes the smooth implementation of the call center expansion for the client which had rapidly grown. With our strengths in cosmetics and mail order companies, let alone the support for staff increase and facility expansion, the event we held in the US will also be performed in Japan as well and offer knowhow of those successful cosmetics companies we own. Upon quarterly or annual review, we will propose improvements by incorporating our experiences in Japan as well.
2. As for quality, we perform evaluation for new agents on a daily basis and for regular agents on a monthly basis, and assessment is performed every six months.
