先日注文した商品が届きました。
オーダー番号は○○です。

到着してすぐに商品を確認したのですが、片側のマグネットがくっつきません。
磁力がなくなっているのかもしれません。
片方はきちんとくっつきます。
写真を添付しますので、ご確認ください。

お客様と相談して、交換か返品の対応をお願いしたい思います。
また関税などは返金されますか？

The item I ordered the other day has been delivered to me.
