私はあなたへの返信を既に済ませたものと勘違いしていた。同じ商品を購入したお客様からの連絡と間違えていました。これについて私は深く謝らなければなりません。不愉快な思いと不安を与えてしまった事お詫びします。お客様への配送が遅れてしまいましたが、既に同じ商品を直送の手配を取りました。通常日本から米国へは5-8日で到着します。速達便で手配しており、当然追加費用は全て私が負担します。私はお客様の不安不信の解消と満足のため全力を尽くします。問題がある場合は些細なことでもお知らせ下さい。
I have misunderstood that my response to you had been complete. I misunderstood the contact was from the company who had purchased the same item. I owe you a sincere apology on this.
