香港の通関で他の荷物と一緒に止まっていることが判明しました。
他の荷物に何らかのトラブルが発生したことが考えられます。

差出人の貴社からヤマト運輸に催促をしていただけば、
配送を早めることができるそうですので、
お手数をおかけしますが一度連絡をお願いできますでしょうか？

もしまだ時間がかかるようであれば、
可能であれば一度返送後、フェデックスで送っていただいても構いません。

When I called Yamato Transport I found out that it has been stuck in customers clearance in Hong Kong with other luggage.
It’s considered that somewhat troubles occurred to other luggage.

If your company who’s the sender could claim to Yamato Transport they say they could make the delivery faster so I’m sorry for the inconvenience but could you please contact them once?

If it still needs time, I would not mind if you could send me on FedEx after returning it back either.
