香港の通関で他の荷物と一緒に止まっていることが判明しました。
他の荷物に何らかのトラブルが発生したことが考えられます。

差出人の貴社からヤマト運輸に催促をしていただけば、
配送を早めることができるそうですので、
お手数をおかけしますが一度連絡をお願いできますでしょうか？

もしまだ時間がかかるようであれば、
可能であれば一度返送後、フェデックスで送っていただいても構いません。

After contacting Yamato Transport, it was revealed that the package was stopped at the customs in Hong Kong along with other packages as well.
It is thought that there were problems with the other packages.

If your company decide to push Yamato Transport a little bit, the delivery might become faster. Though I know it's inconvenience, I was wondering if you can contact them once?

In the case more time is needed, I don't mind having them return the package once and send them again through Fedex.
