あなたの会社に発行してもらった請求書ですが、「新品」であることが書かれてないとAmazonの担当者からクレームを受けて困っています。「Condition: NEW」を付け加えてもらってもいいし、「新品」とわかる言葉を付け加えて再発行してください。これを発行してもらえないと私のAmazonのアカウントが停止して、Amazonで販売できなくなります。何卒宜しくお願いします。

Regarding the invoice your company had issued, it does not mention that the item is brand new and I got a complaint from Amazon.
I would like you to reissue the invoice after adding either the word “Condition: New” or something else which will explain that the item is brand new. Otherwise my Amazon account will be revoked and I will not be able to keep my business on Amazon. Thank you.
