あなたの会社に発行してもらった請求書ですが、「新品」であることが書かれてないとAmazonの担当者からクレームを受けて困っています。「Condition: NEW」を付け加えてもらってもいいし、「新品」とわかる言葉を付け加えて再発行してください。これを発行してもらえないと私のAmazonのアカウントが停止して、Amazonで販売できなくなります。何卒宜しくお願いします。

Regarding invoice your company issued, I received a claim from a person in charge in Amazon and am in trouble since "brand new" is not listed in it. Would you add "Condition: New" or issue by adding a word explaining that it is "brand new" again? If you do issue it, I have to stop my account of Amazon and cannot sell at Amazon.
