返信遅れてすいません。父の一周忌対応などの家庭の事情や外出しての社外業務対応が続いておりました。Rプロジェクトのデザイン進捗に関して、一度ど電話会議すること賛成でです。UK時間の金曜日などいかがでしょうか？　別途M氏から詳細な質問メールをいただいておりましたので、現状の出来る限りで記述しメール返信してあります、ご確認ください。

I am sorry to be late in replying you. I was busy with affairs of my family such as 1st memorial service of my father as well as work outside company. Regarding progress of design of R project, I agree to have a telephone conference with you. How about Friday by UK time? As M had sent me an email about questions in detail, I replied by explaining the current situation as much as possible by email. May I ask you to check it?
