いくつか質問があります。
１．貴社に注文する場合、最低発注額はあるのでしょうか？あるのなら、最低いくら発注しなければいけないか教えて下さい。
２．私達は配送は「door to door」を希望します。勿論、日本国内の通関にかかる関税等の税金は私達が支払います。
　　貴社は「door to door」の配送は可能でしょうか？
３．支払いはPayPal決済は可能でしょうか？PayPal決済が手数料が高いということでしたら、クレジットカード決済は可能でしょうか？

I have a few questions for you.
1. For placing an order to you, is there any minimum order amount set for it? If so, please advise the minimum order requirement.
2. We prefer a door-to-door delivery. Of course, the tax payments including tariff for the Japanese customs will be covered at our end.
Are you able to arrange the door-to-door delivery for us?
3. May we settle the payment via PayPal? If the PayPal handling charge is too expensive for you, how about a credit card payment?
