8月19日に注文した商品が届きました。

開封したところ、注文した２点の内、１点が異なる商品です。

注文したのは、「A」ではなく、「B」です。
返品手続き＆再送手配、もしくは返金処理など、何らかの対応をお願いします。

あと別件で1点相談です。
